Setting up your new e-mail account

Please keep these instructions for future reference.

There are several ways of setting up your new e-mail account, use the list below to find the best solution for you.

Accessing your e-mail online

With Webmail, you have the ability to access your e-mail from anywhere you have a computer and an internet connection. Your Webmail account functions in the same way that Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail or any other free online e-mail account does.

1. To access your e-mail with your Webmail account go to: login.secureserver.net
2. Enter your username: (example: name@website.com)
3. Enter your password: please see info to the left

From here you can read, edit and compose e-mail. You also have the ability to change your overall e-mail account settings with your Webmail.

Microsoft Outlook Setup Tool

The Microsoft Outlook setup tool will configure your e-mail account with Outlook automatically. All you have to do is download the Setup Tool and follow these steps below. Oh, one more thing, you need to make sure you have opened Outlook before continuing.

Here are the steps for the Outlook Setup Tool

1. Download the Setup Tool from here, you will have to Install it and after, Run it.
2. Select the e-mail application that you want it to be set up on.
3. Enter the Name that you want to display in the FROM field in your e-mail messages.
4. Enter the e-mail address that will be associated with this account.
5. Enter your password. (by default your password should be: pinball)
6. If you plan on using your Webmail or another e-mail application with this e-mail address you need to make sure the Leave a copy of message on the server box is checked. This will make sure that you can open the same e-mail with several e-mail clients.
7. Click Set up Account.
8. Lastly, click Ok.

You may find that your ISP (Internet Service Provider) does not accept the Setup Tool's default settings so you will need to enter them manually. You can either check out this Troubleshooting link or select the next step below to manually setup your e-mail in Outlook.
